- Substance Use Treatment (Including Weaning Programs) – With/Without MAT

Programs may include weaning support with or without Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT), based on clinical assessment and individual goals. Weaning programs may be incorporated to support safe, gradual transitions when indicated.
- Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT)

- Peer Recovery Coaching – Referrals

- Psychiatric Rehabilitative Program (PRP) – Referrals
PRP referrals focus on developing daily living, social, and coping skills for individuals managing substance use or co-occurring conditions. These programs promote independence, skill-building, and community engagement to support recovery.
- Sober Living Assistance – Referrals
Sober living assistance provides structured, substance-free residential environments for individuals in recovery. Referrals help connect patients to supportive housing that reinforces accountability, routine, and long-term wellness.
